INITIAL ACUPUNCTURE APPOINTMENTS (Consultation):
These consultations may last up to 60 minutes. A full clinical history will be taken and a full physical examination of the animal will be carried out and an integrative veterinary diagnosis made based on the findings from Western and Traditional Chinese approaches.

An acupuncture treatment plan will be devised with conventional medicine and needle placement performed. Needles will remain in place for 10 - 30 minutes depending on the animal and the condition being treated.

After treatment has been performed, a follow-up treatment plan will be discussed.

FOLLOW-UP ACUPUNCTURE APPOINTMENTS (Short Consult):

Shorter consults will follow the initial acupuncture session which will usually last 30 minutes depending on the condition being treated and the animal’s response to therapy.
